Our Commitment to Staff

Kendal at Oberlin, seeks to promote qualified staff members from within whenever possible. Ongoing inservices and training keep staff current in their fields of their expertise.

We also hope that many staff members will develop and grow their careers with us. With a tuition reimbursement plan and specialized training available, all staff are encouraged to grow and expand their work experience.
