Karamu House Theatre is coming to Kendal.
Monday, October 21st 2:00-3:30pm EDT
- Karamu’s Nina Domingue, Associate Artistic Director, and Maya Nicholson, Arts Education Manager, will share the history of Karamu House and an overview of the upcoming season, including a brief synopsis of each play.
- Hear from Seth Vilensky, CEO of Kendal at Oberlin as he gives a brief overview of current happenings.
Located in the Fairfax neighborhood of Cleveland, Karamu House is the oldest producing Black Theatre in the United States. It was founded in 1915 by Oberlin College Alumni.
This is a wonderful opportunity to mingle with residents over light refreshments. We hope you will join us.
