Kendal at Oberlin, an Ohio life plan community, is pleased to announce that Fitch Ratings has assigned an A+ rating for the organization. The financial ratings company cited steady performance throughout the pandemic, strong IL occupancy, and solid operating metrics. They also noted that the community is strengthened by the resources and expertise of The Kendal Corporation.
Fitch rates over 150 life plan communities nationwide. Kendal at Oberlin is now one of only three to achieve the A+ rating. According to Kendal at Oberlin’s CFO, Ann O’Malley, “It really is a tribute to the entire Kendal team as it takes everyone working together to achieve this level of financial strength.”
