Kendal at Oberlin, a Life Plan Community (also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community), has been providing services to residents since 1993. Kendal at Oberlin is accredited by CARF, meeting over 1,900 standards for quality, including exemplary conformance for financial ratios. Kendal at Oberlin has also received a A+ financial rating from Fitch for the organization. Fitch rates over 150 life plan communities nationwide. Kendal at Oberlin is now one of only three to achieve the A+ rating.
